What would you like to do with Arabic?
Two learners may both want to “learn Arabic” and need very different lessons. Choose the goal that sounds most like yours.
Recognise letters and vowel marks, then connect sounds into words and sentences.
Explore reading →Develop reading, listening, speaking and writing through a broad Arabic language path.
Explore Fusha →Practise listening, forming answers and taking part in guided conversations.
Explore conversation →Study vocabulary, roots and sentence patterns through selected Quranic verses.
Explore Quranic Arabic →Your Arabic path begins with what you can do today
Learning Arabic does not look the same for everyone. One student may need to distinguish letter sounds and read their first connected words. Another may read a page but hesitate when speaking or writing a sentence independently. Your lessons can begin with the skill you need now, rather than assuming every learner starts from the alphabet.
In a one-to-one class, you have time to read aloud, listen, speak and ask about what you do not understand. Your teacher can focus on pronunciation, reading or sentence building as you practise. Children and adults can work toward different goals with examples and activities suited to their age and current ability.
It also helps to choose the kind of Arabic that serves your goal. General Fusha develops language skills for reading and communication. Quranic Arabic concentrates on words and structures found in the Quran. The paths can support each other, but they answer different questions for the learner.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I start if I do not know any Arabic letters?
Yes. The foundations path can begin with letter shapes and sounds before moving to connected words and short sentences.
What is the difference between Fusha and Quranic Arabic?
Fusha is a broad language path for reading, listening, speaking and writing. Quranic Arabic focuses on vocabulary and sentence structures found in selected Quranic verses.
Is learning to read Arabic the same as learning Tajweed?
No. Arabic reading builds script and pronunciation skills. Quran recitation and Tajweed involve additional guided practice and rules specific to reciting the Quran.
Do I have to take every course in order?
No. A learner who already reads Arabic may start with Fusha, conversation or Quranic Arabic according to their goal and current skills.
Is the conversation course in Fusha or Egyptian Arabic?
Tell us which form of Arabic you want to speak. The available conversation option should be confirmed before enrolment.
Are the classes suitable for children and adults?
The lesson examples and pace can be adapted to the learner’s age and level. The detailed course pages will explain who each course is for.
How long does it take to learn Arabic?
There is no single timeline. Your starting point, goal, lesson frequency and practice between classes all affect your progress.
What should I mention when booking a trial?
Tell us the learner’s age, whether they can read Arabic letters, and their main goal: reading, general Arabic, speaking or understanding Quranic Arabic.
