Building accuracy
Strengthen articulation and applied Tajweed before formal Ijazah reading.
Bring your recitation or memorization to an experienced teacher. Begin with an assessment, work through focused corrections, and ask about the requirements for a formal Ijazah pathway.
A Quran Ijazah is a teacher’s authorization in a specified recitation or memorization route after the student meets that teacher’s requirements. A lesson completion certificate is different from this personal authorization.
Some students arrive ready for formal reading; others benefit from correction and revision first. The trial conversation helps identify the right next step.

Qiraat are established ways of reciting the Quran. A riwayah names a transmission from a reader. An Ijazah specifies the reading and route in which an authorized teacher evaluated a student.
Someone who reads one riwayah well does not automatically hold authorization in other readings. Ask which Qiraah, riwayah and route a Muruj specialist can supervise. Seven or ten Qiraat, and particular texts such as Al-Shatibiyyah, are discussed only if that exact option is available.
See Qiraat Ijazah TrackImportant: the teacher confirms the curriculum and decides whether an Ijazah can be granted.
The teacher first establishes your level and the exact recitation route. Preparation and supervised recitation follow. Only an appropriately authorized teacher can decide whether the required standard has been met and whether to grant an Ijazah.
Ask Muruj which qualified teachers, narrations, fees and assessment conditions are currently available before enrolling in a formal track.
The teacher confirms the narration, Mushaf and any study text after assessing your level. These examples describe possible learning material, not a fixed Muruj syllabus.
Read selected passages, note recurring errors, and revisit them in the next live lesson. Formal whole-Quran reading begins only after placement.
Practise articulation, letter qualities, lengthening, nasalization and stopping within real Quran passages.
Ask whether a specialist teaches your intended Qiraah or riwayah and whether texts such as Al-Jazariyyah or Al-Shatibiyyah apply. The teacher must confirm the exact syllabus and authorization scope.Al-Muqaddimah Al-Jazariyyah or a particular riwayah is available with a specialist teacher.
Recite a passage → receive precise oral feedback → practise corrected sounds → review the same passage at the next session. Your actual lesson plan follows your teacher’s assessment.
